With our executive chef’s special kaiseki cuisine meticulously prepared with local, seasonal ingredients, the banquet rooms are available for all manners of occasion including reunions, farewell parties, celebrations, memorials, to dinner parties with friends and family.

Cancellation fees for day use banquets (penalties for annulment of contract)

For cancelation of a banquet reservation, the customer will be charged a cancellation fee in accordance with the table below, except in the case that the usage of our hotel is rendered impossible due to natural disasters, ordinance law, or the like. The cancellation fee rate differs from the table below in the case of cancellation of banquet reservations involving overnight stays in our hotel. Kindly inquire for further details.

Please note:
  1. The above indicates the percentage of penalty fee in reference to the cost quoted by the hotel to the guest, or the total reservation fee multiplied by the number of people.
  2. In the case of partial cancellation (a reduction in the number of attendees), if the number of attendees is reduced by no more than 10% of the number as of 10 days before the day of use, there is no cancellation fee as long as the hotel is notified by 5:00 p.m., one day before the day of use.
  3. Cancellation penalties for accommodation differ from the above table.

Information Regarding Your Stay

  • Tennis court usage is calculated based on 4 players per court. Exclusive use of all courts is limited to groups of 40 or more.
  • Yukatas are not provided. Please provide your own.
  • Amenities (toothbrush set, face towel, bath towel, etc.) are provided on the first day only. A charge will be incurred for amenity sets issued on the second day onwards (400 yen (tax not inc.) /set).
  • Packed meals (with tea) are provided for lunch.
  • Beverage services are not provided at sports facilities.
  • A charge will be incurred for use of nighttime lighting at sports facilities. Please inquire for details.
  • A charge will be incurred for use of sports facilities other than those designated for training (such as during free time).
  • Please tidy the banquet hall after use

Meals and Halls

  • Location of meals: Breakfast, lunch and dinner are served in a designated venue or restaurant.
  • Halls: The south wing banquet hall (with stage) may be used between 10:00 p.m. and 2:00 a.m.
    Please be punctual in leaving by 2:00 a.m. The east wing room (room 260) may be used at any time.
  • Please ensure the entire floor surface of the banquet hall is covered with ground sheets. Please bring your own ground sheets.
  • Ice (cold water) charges: 300 yen (tax not inc.) / jug (10 liters). For nighttime banquets, one cooler box of ice will be issued at reception (300 yen, tax not inc.).

If the customer cancels the entire reservation, the customer will be charged a cancellation fee in accordance with the table below, except in the case that usage of our hotel is rendered impossible due to natural disasters, ordinance law, or the like.
