Whether you’re looking to move, stretch, or simply unwind, we’ve created experiences that blend wellness, fun, and relaxation — all in one beautiful setting.

One-Day Wellness Retreat: Yoga, Lunch & Hot Springs

On Sunday, October 19, join us for a full-body refresh that begins with an hour-long yoga session.
Our gentle morning class helps you find balance through mindful breathing and slow, restorative movement — a peaceful way to prepare for the day ahead.

After yoga, enjoy a nutritious lunch crafted just for this event. The chef’s menu is both light and satisfying, highlighting seasonal ingredients that nourish from within.
Then, cap off your day with a soak in our open-air hot spring overlooking Beppu Bay — a tranquil moment to reset and take in the beauty of autumn.

Active Day Pass: Sports + Hot Springs (Up to 9 Hours)

Looking to stay active this season? Our “All-Play + Onsen” plan lets you enjoy a full day of recreation — from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM — with unlimited access to both the gymnasium and our natural hot springs.

Play a round of badminton or table tennis, try a game of futsal or volleyball, or grab a rental bicycle for a ride.
Families can enjoy board games indoors, and golfers will find options designed just for them.

Afterward, unwind in the soothing waters of our open-air and indoor baths, or relax in the sauna to finish the day feeling renewed.

This October and November, our restaurant celebrates the season with two special dishes inspired by local flavors.

Western-style: Garlic Chicken Steak with Autumn Eggplant and Thick-Cut Bacon
Tender Oita chicken paired with smoky bacon and seasonal vegetables — a bold and hearty dish that’s full of energy.

Japanese-style: Grilled Autumn Salmon and Mushroom Set with Miso Sauce
Locally sourced mushrooms and seasonal salmon come together for a warm, comforting taste of fall.
Served with sashimi, soup, and pickles.
